When some people see Erotic they think the book will have kinks in it or BDSM. That’s not true. I think of Erotic as a romance that has often and detailed sex scenes. That’s what THE GIRL’S GUIDE TO (MAN) HUNTING is. There’s a lot of detailed sex scenes. Which I generally like but I found there was more sex than plot.

Miranda and Dane is sexing it all up in the woods for about a week. I found myself speeding up the audiobook through a few of the sex scenes. Speaking of the narration, Jillian Macie’s voice is… perky and sassy. Which is how I pictured Miranda being so I think her voice worked for this heroine. I’ll see if she works well for the next couple.

While THE GIRL’S GUIDE TO (MAN) HUNTING was not a total hit for me, I was entertained enough by the side characters that I want to see how Beth Ann and Colt’s story plays out in THE CARE AND FEEDING OF AN ALPHA MALE.
